There is a filtered water station at our Cafe coffee window for re-fill-able water bottles.
Our bathroom amenities include up to 4 flush toilets, 4 instant gas hot water showers including an All access/family amenity. There is a family bathroom which offers offers a change table, nappy bucket and baby bath in a spacious private room. Please be considerate with your nappy waste.
The shared outdoor kitchen is well equipped with a cook top, washing up sink, crockery, cooking pots and utensils, toaster, small fridge, tea & coffee making facilities and Baby Q Weber. A few pantry provisions are supplied or you can choose to visit our morning coffee window between 8am-10am.
Our Waste Station offers separate bins for General waste, Recycling of paper glass and aluminum, Containers For Change for washed glass and hard plastic, Food waste for our garden compost. We appreciate your assistance in maintaining our Waste sorting initiatives.
Our Glamping Village is private and inclusive with no hidden site fee costs associated with your booking.
Considerations for your stay
Whilst our intention is to make your Margaret River glamping experience as comfortable as possible, we recommend that you bring extra clothing, suitable footwear and assist us in reducing waste, water, plastic, noise, electricity and traffic movement within our Glamping Village.
Children must be supervised at all times and respect other guests quiet enjoyment. We thank you for assisting us in a positive outcome for all.
Margaret River Retreat is a wheelchair friendly site. If you have any additional need that you would like to discuss with us, please give us a call for information on our bathrooms, ground surfaces and measurements. We can also discuss any other arrangements that you may like to put in place for your stay. We currently offer All Access ramps, shower and toilet facilities near to the Glamping Village area. Please enquire to learn more about our facilities.
All extra guests beyond 2 must be accounted for at time of booking. Please offer comments for how you require your bed configurations. Children may co-sleep, however extra linen charges apply for all guests, where bedding is required. An additional charge of $35 applies per guest, per night at the time of booking. Infants under 3 stay free when co-sleeping. Porta cots are available for hire and all bedding for infants must be supplied by guests /$10 per stay.
Oz Pig wood fires and Big Boar cooking equipment can be hired from Reception (in-season) for $50 per stay. Extra firewood can be delivered to you by 6pm for an additional $20.00. You may also wish to hire our Quarters kitchen, dining and BBQ facility for your group, or our Treetop Yoga Studio for your own quiet time. We charge a cleaning fee of $50 for these additional facilities, subject to availability.
Tariffs range from $165-240 per couple per night. A minimum stay of 2 nights is required throughout the peak times of the year. Public holidays may require a 3 night minimum. Additional fees may be charged for One Night Only Stays. Please enquire at the time of booking.
Multiple Glamping room bookings, for small family groups are welcome. Please enquire for further deals and details. All larger group bookings are considered an exclusive event and require additional Venue Hire fees.
