Studio Accommodation

Our 4 Studio Rooms have been repurposed from original farm shedding and offer modern, rustic and private, self-contained Margaret River accommodation.

The Quarters Rooms offer 3 Queen bedrooms to better cater for groups and accessibility.  The Quarters area shares access to our Treetop Yoga Studio.

The Shed Studio features a King-sized bed with a fold out Sofa bed, adorned with sustainably sourced Bedouin flax linen, lounge, indoor and outdoor dining areas. Simple kitchenettes are well equipped and offer limited stove top cooking facilities. Reverse cycle heating and cooling systems ensure year round comfort. Enjoy local, waste free and exquisite Vasse Virgin products in your deep soak bath tub and separate rain shower, private bathroom amenity. A private fire-pit is equipped with firewood and marshmallows (in-season).

Each Studio offers pantry breakfast condiments, for your convenience. Filtered rainwater is available at the Coffee window for re-fill-able bottles.

Originally part of the shedding complex for the historic Clydesdale farm, guests can relax in a macramé swing chair and take in our forest and farm views.

The Blacksmiths Studio features a spacious King-sized bedroom with extra King single bed, plus Sofa bed, a quirky kitchenette, with limited stove top cooking, dining and living area. Originally the resident Blacksmiths foundry during the historic Clydesdale farm operations. The Blacksmiths Studio overlooks our orchard garden areas, ensuring privacy, sun-filled and modern rustic feels.

The Stable Studio features a King-sized bed with a extra King single bed, plus an extra King single bed in the living room, adorned with sustainably sourced flax linen, spacious lounge, indoor and outdoor dining areas. A simple kitchenette is well equipped and offers limited stove top cooking. Reverse cycle heating and cooling ensures year round comfort. Enjoy local, low waste and exquisite Vasse Virgin products within a private rain shower bathroom. Equipped  fire-pit with firewood and marshmallows (in-season).

Originally part of the stable complex for the historic Clydesdale farm, guests can relax on their private veranda and macramé swing chair and take in our farm and forest views.

The Barn Studio offers families and friends a large north-facing living room, separate kitchen and central bathroom amenity with shower and washing machine and features Vasse Virgin products. The main bedroom features a King-sized/split Twin bed and offers easterly views. The second bedroom features a Double plus King single bed. The patio offers additional outdoor dining, BBQ with fire-pit and firewood (in-season).

The Barn overlooks our original Clydesdale holding pens which have been transformed into chook run and garden trellis.

Considerations for your stay

Tariffs range from $310   Extra Guest $35 per night

Each Studio Room is equipped with local Olive oil, breakfast conveniences, tea & coffee making facilities. Our Café coffee window is also open on Weekend mornings and is happy to arrange a Breakfast Box or Gourmet Platter, with prior notice.

We have chosen to use recycled kitchenettes and rustic appointments to reduce our footprint in the Tourism Industry. We are currently laundering all of your linen on-site. Please consider this when you vacate your room and fold any unused towels neatly.

We attempt to offer you a similar standard across each of our rooms. Each room is different, however and occasionally we may relocate you to a different room, based on your accommodation needs. Please provide specific requirements within your booking notes, so we can advise you of any room changes. In addition, we aim to offer an All Access option to improve our accessibility to all guests. We do not offer any entertainment within our rooms. WIFI may be accessed with a password. We cannot, however, guarantee that all devices will receive good coverage from this service.

Our Studios are available throughout the year. A minimum two night stay is required, however during peak holidays,  a 3 night minimum may apply.

Please take note of our commitments to reducing waste, water, plastic, electricity and traffic movement.

The Quarters are located in and around the Treetop Yoga Studio. In the tradition of communal workers Quarters. There are 2 newly refurbished yet modest Queen rooms and a secret upstairs Queen room, affectionally known as The Cubby. All rooms have easy access along the veranda to all access/ family, male and female bathroom amenities.

A full-sized central kitchen with microwave, fridge, crockery and indoor dining. A cosy lounge, indoor fire and outdoor bbq area complete this versatile space. Perfect for individuals and retreat guests seeking snug and private sleeping quarters.

Priced to please from $220 per night. Extra guests $50. Book an individual room or the entire space. Maximum occupancy is 8.
